1. 7-Day Return Window
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any item purchased from our store.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, user manuals, and accessories that came with it.
- Please Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, certain products like opened wellness/herbal supplements or personal care items cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect product, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement: To process claims for damaged or wrong items, customers must provide a clear unboxing video and photos of the product and packaging. Without proof, requests may not be entertained.
3. Refund Process (10-Day Policy)
- Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our quality check team will inspect it.
- Upon approval of the return, your refund will be processed immediately.
- For Online Payments, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI.
- The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 10 working days from the date of approval.
4. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to our standard return process.
